Problem: Hierarchy icons, colors, or other features don't show.

Solution:

1. Open Tools → BEE → BEE Features
2. Verify the relevant toggles are enabled
3. Click Refresh BEE Databases
4. Reopen the Hierarchy window

No. BEE Tools runs exclusively in the Unity Editor and is never included in game builds. All code is in the Editor folder and uses the #if UNITY_EDITOR directive where needed.
